The Art of Seeing Reality As It Is.
A structured journey for those who wish to continue the inner exploration.
Most of us spend our lives responding to what happens around us without ever questioning the way we see ourselves, others, and life.
Yet the way we see quietly shapes the way we think, feel, relate, and act.
For some, the weekly dialogues and one-to-one conversations naturally give rise to a deeper question: Can this way of seeing be explored more systematically?
Yes, you can …
Over many years of study, dialogue, and self-inquiry, I have developed a framework that explores six fundamental ways in which we perceive and interpret our experience.
Rather than offering techniques or beliefs, this journey invites participants to observe the assumptions, patterns, and habits of mind that quietly shape everyday life.
The aim is not to acquire more knowledge, but to cultivate greater clarity.
Who is it for?
This journey is intended for thoughtful people who have already developed an interest in self-inquiry and wish to explore these questions more deeply.
It is not designed as an introductory course or a self-improvement program.
Many participants begin with the weekly Zen Dialogue or through Zen Counseling, and later choose to continue when they feel ready.
There is no need to rush.
What we will explore
Together we will inquire into six fundamental aspects of human experience, including:
- The Nature of Communication (The Relative World)
- The Nature of Things (The Material World)
- The Nature of Existence (The Natural World)
- The Nature of Time (This Moment)
- The Nature of Self (Who am I)
- The Nature of Life
These are not ideas to be accepted, but invitations to observe and understand directly through dialogue and reflection.
A Journey, Not a Course
This is not about collecting information or reaching conclusions.
It is an invitation to question deeply, observe carefully, and gradually discover a bigger picture of yourself and life.
Each person’s journey unfolds differently.
When the Time is Right
Seeing the Big Picture is offered only after an introductory conversation or through invitation.
