A space for thoughtful people to explore life’s deeper questions through inquiry and dialogue.

The Truth about Conversations
Most conversations help us stay connected. They help us coordinate our lives.
“How are you?”, “How’s work?”, “How was your weekend?”, “Did you finish the project?”, “Have you booked your tickets?”, “Did you watch the football match?”
These conversations matter. They keep life moving. Yet some questions quietly remain in the background. Questions we rarely ask aloud.
- Why does success sometimes feel incomplete?
- What is the purpose of spirituality?
- How do we balance work, relationships, and ourselves?
- Why do intelligent people misunderstand each other?
- Can meditation bring lasting peace?
- Why am I anxious about the future?
- What am I really seeking?
These questions don’t disappear. They simply wait.
What is a Zen Dialogue?
Zen Dialogue is a space where these questions can be brought into the open. Not to debate. Not to persuade. Not to arrive at quick answers. But to observe, inquire, and explore together.
Often, simply giving voice to a sincere question changes the way we see it. And when seeing changes, clarity follows.
Through careful listening, reflection, and inquiry, we begin to see our questions, and ourselves, in a different light.
Is this for you?
You may enjoy these dialogues if you:
- Are curious about yourself and life.
- Like asking deeper questions.
- Prefer inquiry over fixed beliefs.
- Enjoy listening as much as speaking.
- Are interested in mindfulness, Zen, or self-understanding.
- Feel there is more to life than success and routine.
What happens in a session?
Each week, we begin with a simple question, story, observation, or everyday experience. Together, we inquire into it through dialogue, reflection, and direct observation. Every session is different because every group brings different questions.
We meet every Thursday 8:00 PM (India Time) for about 90 min mostly online via Zoom. Participation is free.
